Description R45 is a copped coated gas welding rod that is used for welding ordinary low carbon steel up to 1/4" thick. It is recommended where ductility and machinability are most important. R45 produces high quality welds which are ductile and free of porosity. This rod is excellent for steel sheets, plates, pipes, castings, and structural shapes. No flux required.

UPS Shipping: We offer UPS shipping available to all orders under 150 lbs. The default method in the contiguous United States is standard UPS® Ground.

UPS Restrictions: Any item greater than 150 lbs. or exceeding the UPS maximum package size total constraints of 130 inches (length + girth, where girth is 2 x width plus 2 x height) cannot be shipped via UPS. UPS also requires an actual street address location. UPS does not offer service to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO Military Mail addresses.
USPS Shipping: We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping available to all orders under 15 lbs. As mentioned above, UPS does not offer service to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO Military Mail addresses.
